Product(s) once ordered will be shipped within 24-48 working hours. 

For return or exchange of a product you must inform us within 7 days of delivery of that product. Please send an email to care@109F.com with the order no and attach an image of the product purchased. Once you have mailed us and your request is approved as an eligible return/refund/exchange, we will arrange for the product to be picked up. 

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. We would require the product to be returned in its original packing. Once returned order is received, we reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns, refund or exchanges. Product(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns, refund or exchanges and will be couriered back to you. You agree not to dispute and accept the final decision made by 109°F in regards to a return/refund/exchange request. Please note that product sent as an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again. 

109°F reserve’s the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel, part or full, any confirmed order on the following grounds: 

  • In the event of a technical and/or typing error in the prices or other details of the products contained on the webpage when the order was placed. 
  • Due to lack of availability of the product. 
  • When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent 
  • If 109°F is unable to deliver the order to the address provided. 

If your order is cancelled by 109°F after your payment is received, the amount will be refunded to the account/card used for making the payment. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by 109°F and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation. 

 

Shipping, Delivery and Returns – International

Product(s) once ordered will be shipped within 48-72 working hours. Shipping charges will be shown at the time of placing the order. Please note that these charges are non-refundable. 

For return of a product, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product. A return request must be sent to care@109F.com along with image of the product received. Once your return request is received and accepted you can return any items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement (provided the items are in a new and unused condition). Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded. 

109°F will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused to the product during transit from the customer to 109°F. Once returned product is received at 109°F and the product has been inspected for quality and found satisfactory, you will be provided with a refund.   

The customer would be responsible for any and all customs duties applicable at the time of delivery and returns. As the recipient, customers are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country to which order is shipped to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
